Launch Location: “G” Dock – Belmont Harbor (north end)   
Note: Please read directions and our FAQ’s (below)

Our goal is for you to have the best experience possible. Toward that end, please provide your cell phone number so that we can contact you with any last minute weather updates.

Remember that G dock is at the NORTH end of Belmont Harbor and CANNOT be reached by going east on Belmont Avenue.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When do I need to be there?    
A: Please arrive at G dock at least 10 minutes prior to departure.

Q: How do I get to G dock (north end of Belmont Harbor)?

A: Northbound on Lake Shore Drive: Exit at Recreation Drive, which is the next exit north of the Belmont Avenue exit. Turn right when you get to the
stop sign. As you head south, you’ll come to another stop sign (watch for bicyclers/pedestrians on the bike path). Continue south and you’ll come to a
public (pay box) lot. Park anywhere in this lot and walk south about 1 block to G dock.
                    Note: You’ll see boats on your RIGHT as you walk south.

A: Southbound on Lake Shore Drive: Exit at Irving Park Road. Continue south to the light at Irving Park Road. Turn left and go under Lake Shore
Drive staying in the right hand lane. Turn right (south) just after you pass the northbound exit ramp of Lake Shore Drive. Continue past the parking lot
for the ball fields and tennis courts. Go through two stop signs (watch for bicyclers/pedestrians on the bike path (second stop sign). Continue south
and you’ll come to a public (pay box) lot. Park anywhere in this lot and walk south about 1 block to G dock.  
                    Note: You’ll see boats on your RIGHT as you walk south.

A: Eastbound on Irving Park Road:  Stay in the right lane as you approach Lake Shore drive. Go under Lake Shore Drive and turn right (south) just
after you pass the northbound exit ramp of Lake Shore Drive. Continue past the parking lot for the ball fields and tennis courts. Go through two stop
signs (watch for bicyclers/pedestrians on the bike path (second stop sign). Continue south and you’ll come to a public (pay box) lot. Park anywhere in
this lot and walk south about 1 block to G dock.

A: Eastbound on Belmont Avenue: Heading eastbound on Belmont, go under Lake Shore Drive and make a left onto northbound Lake Shore Drive.
Exit at Recreation Drive, which is the next exit north of Belmont. Turn right when you get to the stop sign. As you head south, you’ll come to another
stop sign (watch for bicyclers/pedestrians on the bike path). Continue south and you’ll come to a public (pay box) lot. Park anywhere in this lot and
walk south about 1 blocks to G dock.

Q: When I get to the gate, how do I get onto G dock?
A: Call Captain Norm 773-257-3559. Someone will come to the gate to let you in.

Q: What do I bring/wear?
A: Please don’t forget this confirmation, and/or your daily deal number. Also, please bring/wear; sun-block, sunglasses, soft soled shoes (protect our
decks), a light jacket (it’s usually 5-8 degrees cooler on the water). Bring snacks/beverages of choice, (please no red wine).*
*Note: Some people become sea sick when broaching waves are mixed with alcohol.
